Martin C-2 1932. These are the rare Martin archtops from the 1930's. There were actually a fair number that were built in the '30's but few have survived - the reason being that many were converted to OMs by replacing the tops. The incentive for the change is largely financial: Martin OM's and 000's from the 1930's command higher prices. The back and sides (of course) are Brazillian Rosewood.
