Gibson pre-war gold plated flat-head tone ring

Gibson TB-150, 1954. 5-String conversion - This instrument is assembled from parts: the neck is custom made, probably not by Gibson, the tone ring is gold plated flat-head from the 1930's. The rim is 3-ply and the pop-metal flange is likely to also be from the 1930's. This complicates any chance for accurate dating. The inner rings of inlay on the back of the resonator were added as well.
