These guitars began to appear under the Augustino name in 1976 following Augustino LoPrinzi's departure from the AMF managed: LoPrinzi Guitar Company.

Augustino LoPrinzi Guitars includes a full line of steel string guitars, classical guitars and ukkuleles. Augie continues to build instruments full time with his daughter, Donna LoPrinzi.
