Acoustic Music .Org is a dealer in New guitars, Vintage guitars, Used guitars, New, used and vintage mandolins and New, used and vintage banjos.
Our specialty is handmade acoustic guitars (both steel string guitars and nylon string guitars).
Our shop exists to support the world of the guitar, the mandolin and the banjo. We view the instruments as a rare combination of Art forms: The Luthier's Art of craft and creation as well as the instruments ultimate purpose: the creation of music and music performance.
We maintain an inventory of instruments representing the widest variety of musical tastes & styles and provide an informal Gallery setting so the instruments can be played. The intention is to allow people to experience the work of some of the World's finest Luthiers.
The in-house authority at Acoustic Music .Org is based on over 35 years of playing, recording and dealing with fretted instruments.

The CT guitar shop is located in New Haven county, near Middlesex county, just off interstate 95 between Boston and New York. We are close to New Haven, Hartford, Middletown, New London and Groton CT.
There is no other guitar store in CT quite like Acoustic Music .Org.
Brian's Guitars:
Brian Wolfe has become increasingly interested in recreating historically significant instruments. We've started calling them "Brian's Guitars". Brian has a soft spot for Martin Guitars from the 1930s and Gibson Guitars from the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. Brian's Guitars attempt to capture both the essence and the details of the originals. No detail is too small to consider: the bracing, the woods, the hide glue, the pick guard materials, the tuners, the finishes, and certainly, most importantly: the historical context.
Brian's Guitars are worked out with some of the finest living Luthiers - all of whom share a love of the original instruments and a passion for the details. We try to surround ourselves with the vintage instruments that provide the inspiration. It makes a wonderful environment for comparison of the originals and the reproductions.
You are invited to try some of these unique recreations. Come in and ask to see some of Brian's Guitars, it is worth the visit.
